Before the season started Sports Illustrated released a list of the Top 100 NBA players  and placed John Wall at #31.  Wall replied “#31!! More Motivation, Love it” on Twitter and then told SI there’s no need for apologies when they tried send one his way.

John Wall ended up having the best season of his career. He made the All-Star team, he landed on the All-Defensive 2nd team, he had career-high games in the points and assists department, he set playoff franchise records, but he was still left off the All-NBA teams.

Wall once again replied with the same response.
