(2002) 2 Big Dunks By Desmond Mason vs the Lakers

Nowadays Desmond Mason is busy being a painting artist but a decade ago the former slam dunk champion was one of the league’s most underrated aerial artists who made plenty of posters worthy of any bedroom wall.

Here’s a random flashback with a couple of rare dunks by Mason against the Lakers on April 15th of 2002. He only had 3 other field goals in this game for a total of 12 points but he followed this up with a season-high 33 on 13 of 16 shooting in his next game against the Grizzlies.

Now this is art!
