The 2013 NBA Draft was labeled a “weak” draft before the night started but turned into one of the most shocking and exciting drafts of all-time.  From a surprise #1 pick to multiple trades, to Bebe’s hair to a cameo by Hakeem The Dream, David Stern’s last stand turned into pure entertainment.   Like Entertainment Weekly, I created a “Critics Mass” list by gathering the grades of the top 20 picks from a few critics to see who the winners and losers of the draft were.
