BORDER BATTLE!! Courtney Ramey Not Backing DOWN Against Top Junior Ej Liddell at O'Fallon Shootout!!

Here's former Louisville commit Courtney Ramey going at top junior power forward Ej Liddell at the O'Fallon Shootout.

In the beginning of the season, Webster Grove had to deal with Courtney Ramey missing due to a broken wrist that led him to be out for 6 weeks and now the Statesmen are dealing with Carte'Are Gordon out due to suspension from a physical altercation with teammate. Going into the match-up, Ej Liddell was looking forward with going up against one of the best big man around the area but ever since the suspension occurred, Ej was definitely disappointed but doesn't let that stop him from doing what he do best. Ej dropped a game-high of 33 points and 10 rebounds. The game started off showing the crowd that this would be a blowout game due to Gordon missing but Courtney Ramey held his own, led his team to keep fighting to cut the lead from Belleville West and got the game tied up at one point.

Courtney Ramey finished with 24 points, four rebounds, six assists, three steals, one block, and even a nasty dunk-on at Ej Liddell which no-one knew Ramey would be able to pull it off.

Belleville West holds on for the 78-67 victory over Webster Groves.
