Remember when LeBron James said he would “reconsider” entering the dunk contest for $1 million dollars.  Well, during the ESPN pregame show for the Heat & Grizzlies game, Mr “The Dunk Contest is Back!” better known as Magic Johnson to people that gave up watching the dunk contest 10 years ago, said he will put up $1 million dollars if King James enters!

Since this is going to become the biggest news in basketball tonight, there’s no way Magic can back out of this especially if LeBron James “puts his name” back in the contest like he did a few years ago.  What makes this so buzzworthy is if LeBron enters then the NBA and LeBron will try their hardest to get other “superstars” in the event so we just might be looking at the most exciting or atleast hyped up contest since Kenny Smith convinced Vince Carter who convinced Tracy McGrady to face off against Steve Francis in the 2000 NBA dunk contest.

Maybe Magic saw this pic and thought LeBron needed some money 🙂
