Peter Scantlebury is a legend in British Basketball who started his pro basketball career way back in 1981.  He’s been a player, a coach, a teacher and was awarded the prestigious MBE.  Just two months away from turning 50, the former Winthrop U in North Carolina player did something we would only expect to see from high flying legends like another North Carolina player – Michael Jordan. The big difference between the dunk by Scantlebury and Jordan was Scantlebury threw his dunk down in the middle of a game.  That game was the Basketball vs Cancer Charity Game at Fleming Park in Eastleigh and thankfully HoopsFix was there to capture the moment.
