Adrian Dantley is not only one of the most underrated scorers in NBA history, he’s one of the most underrated players to ever step foot in the NBA. The two-time scoring champion averaged 30 points a game for four consecutive seasons between 1980 and 1984. During the 84 season, he had 10 40+ games and one impressive streak of 39, 37, 40, 43, 23, 40, 31.

In case you were wondering what the six-time All-Star and Basketball Hall of Famer is up to, he was last seen working as a school crossing guard?

“It’s not a big thing to me,” said Dantley, who lives near Eastern Middle School. “I just do it. I have a routine. I exercise, I go to work, I go home. I have a spring break next week. I have a summer off, just like when I was a basketball player.

“I just did it for the kids. I just didn’t want to sit around the house all day.”
