Al Jefferson scores 33 & hits 1st 3 pointer after losing his Grandmother

Big Al was listed as questionable against the Pistons since the passing of his Grandmother but Jefferson played and he played huge with a 33 point (14-18fg) 12 rebound game.  He also hit the 1st 3 pointer of his career at the end of the game.  It was an emotional moment and win.

“God don’t put you through nothing that you can’t get through, and God don’t make no mistakes, either,” said Jefferson “You’ve just got to get through it. Because you go through pain and that’ll make the happiness even better.”
