Ever since LeBron’s “near perfect game” earlier this week, it seems like we are hearing about “near perfect” games, quarters and halves every other day now. A couple of days ago, we saw Sam Dalembert score 35 points and equal LeBron’s 13 of 14 shots (for 27 points) in just 12 minutes! Last night, the Cavs Alonzo Gee end up with 20 points on 8 for 8 shooting that included an in fuego first quarter where he scored 15 of the team’s first 17 points. Since he only scored 5 for the rest of the game and the Cavs lost then it’s really hard to attach perfect to his performance.
If you want to see what near perfection is then just look at this shot chart of LeBron’s past week.
Not to hijack the thread and turn it into a LeBron, LeBron, LeBron post, here’s some more great plays from the underrated Gee.
