A lot of New Yorkers are loving Amare’s PR tour about a bigger and badder Amare that’s ready to play for the Linsanityless Knicks. They will probably love this recreation of the Dark Knight Rises trailer too featuring Amare. Like the Bruce Wayne character in Rises, Amare is trying to come back from a bunch of injuries and save a city. Like the film, the New York Knicks are great popcorn action on the surface but a huge mess beneath with a lot of plot holes and moments that make absolutely no sense even for a city that Lil Wayne doesn’t like at all.
Let’s hope Amare succeeds.
