Steph Curry wasn’t the only Warrior showing off his handles against the Pelicans last night. Iggy was back in the lineup and trying to show the flair and game GS fans have been missing but unlike Curry, Iguodala was a little rusty – making 1 of 4 shots and finishing with more fouls than rebounds and assists combined. One of those misses came courtesy of Jason Smith who blocked a dunk attempt by Iggy after a fancy between the legs dribble. It’s too bad because Kent Bazemore and the bench were ready to explode.
“It felt good. I got tired of watching. You get a new appreciation for the game, especially seeing your brothers struggle. Tonight was a great game by everyone, just to get a win and put together a string of good basketball the way we did the first three quarters.”
– Andre Iguodala
