“Time of the year you’re going to get hit, but you’ve got to find a way to get back up,” Westbrook said about the flagrant 1 foul he received from Andrew Bogut in the 1st quarter of the Thunder’s GM victory.

Westbrook not only got up but he found a way to put up 27 points, 12 assists, 7 steals and 6 rebounds.

Bogut finished the game with 0 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocks in 17 minutes while Thunder center Steven Adams finished the game with 16 points and 12 boards in 37 minutes, but he’s the one who is being trashed on the internet right now for his unintentional offensive “monkey” comment. I personally rather see that criticism shift to the play of Bogut, even if the flagrant was unintentional.
