“It’s a long-distance relationship. I don’t believe in those.” said Jabari Parker when asked if he and Wiggins stay-in-touch.
The top 2 picks of the draft didn’t do much touching and guarding of each other in their first match-up on Wednesday night, but in the 3rd quarter, the #1 pick Wiggins, did pay a visit to Parker and swatted one of his shots into the stands. Wiggins also ended up with more points, rebounds, assists, blocks and 3-pointers than Parker but Jabari and the Bucks ended up with a 17 point win after a dominating 4th quarter by the Bucks.
Despite the win, the ref didn’t care to shake Jabari’s hand at the end of the game.
