After scoring 23 and 19 on the road in his first two NBL games, Aquille Carr finally got to play in front of the excited home crowd on Sunday and he did’t disappoint them.
Carr scored 22 points, dished out 4 assist and had 4 thefts in the Mill Rats 94-92 win over the Island Storm.
“This was a great game to win,” said Mill Rats Head Coach Julian King. “Not every went our way, we missed some easy shots and faced adversity, but guys stuck together and pulled it out.”
Saint John’s next game will be on Sunday November 16th against the Rainmen.
