Austin Rivers was on ESPN’s First Take and asked him about his favorite players (Kobe, Wade and Deron Williams) and then tried to start some controversy by asking why LeBron wasn’t on the list.  I’m pretty sure LeBron isn’t in the top 3 of the majority of players in the NBA the same way MJ wasn’t on everyone’s top 3 list in the 90s.  Skip then said he thought LeBron wasn’t on the list because “he’s his father’s nemesis.”

Austin did have some interesting things to say about the Miami Heat and Derrick Rose and I’m looking forward to more interviews with him in the upcoming years because he really comes across as a smart knowledgeable player that’s comfortable in the interview chair.
