Doc Rivers recently hung out with the Grantland crew and talked about the beating that Blake Griffin is getting and how he hopes Blake doesn’t loose his cool and retaliate. But it seems like it’s only a matter of time until a brawl breaks out because nobody is giving Blake an easy buckets…well, except for the Lakers who let Blake dunk while they were still in a huddle.
During the first quarter of the Kings/Clips game last night, Ben McLemore committed a hard flagrant foul on Blake which Griffin took exception to.
I don’t think it was a dirty play by Ben but maybe it was and maybe Ben just didn’t like Blake’s new mustache.
Griffin never got it going against the Kings either. He finished the game with just 17 points on 6 of 20 shooting.
