Samuel Dalembert is known for making a lot of bonehead plays but thankfully for him he realized at the last second to let Blake dunk and not end up on a poster (although the pic below would make a nice poster). But being the bonehead player that Dalembert is, he arguably did commit a weak foul on Blake but the refs didn’t call it. So thankfully for him, the basketball Gods and refs decided on this night decided that a Blake Griffin and1 facial on Dalembert wasn’t needed.
What the basketball Gods did have in store for the Mavs was a 17 point comeback by the Clippers in the final 5 minutes. The Clippers escaped with a 2 point win and Dalembert escaped without getting “dunked on” or worse…
