The Mavs might want to guard that spot.
Portland outscored Dallas 35-18 in the 3rd quarter of an easy win over the Mavs. The Blazers were so hot in the 2nd half that the only person who was able to stop them was a fan who collapsed in the crowd causing a short delay.
“I think the best part about it was that we won on both ends of the floor,” Lillard said. “We defended really well in the first half, we just couldn’t really get ourselves going like we would have liked to offensively. The second half, we put both ends together and that’s why we were able to pull away.”
Dirk scored 17 points for Dallas but managed just 2 points in the 2nd half.
