Do you remember 2 months ago when we did a feature for Honda on a spectacular point guard and his inspirational basketball journey from the pros to overseas? Do you remember last month when Brandon Jennings almost started a Twitter war with JR Smith when he said that same player should be in the NBA over certain other players?  That player is Bobby Brown and today he scored 74 points on 26-52 shooting to go with 10 rebounds in a game over in China….did I mention he also hit the game winner in double OT?

Dongguan Leopards 137 – Sichuan Blue Whales 135
Bobby Brown: 74 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal  (26-52 FG, 17-20 FT, 5-15 3pt)
Mike Efevberha: 50 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal (17-32 FG, 9-11 FT, 7-9 3pt)

The 74 was the 2nd highest scoring total in the league’s 19 year CBA history. Quincy Douby set the record last year with 75.
