Damian Lillard has been putting up vet numbers since day 1 of preseason and is cruising to a rookie of the year award especially if Anthony Davis continues to get DNP due to injuries.

Last night, Lillard and the Blazers were in Motown to face off against the horrible Piston’s and second year guard Brandon Knight who played like he had beef with the rookie.  Knight would score 26 points from inside, outside and wherever he wanted and ended up with the W against Lillard who had his worst game as a pro hitting only 4 of 18 shots for 12 points.    Don’t worry the future ROY will probably put up 26 of his own points in his next game.
