That’s the Milwaukee Bench reacting to a steal and then a blown wide-open-game-winning layup in OT by Shaqtin’ a Fool legend Brandon Knight last night.  The good news was his teammates trusted the future All-Star to make the next big shot and he did. In the second overtime he hit a game tying 3-pointer with 19 seconds left and in the third overtime he made the clinching free throws to secure a Bucks’ victory.

“My teammates trusted me to make the next shot to force a third overtime, so that’s really what it’s all about,” Knight said, “and we stuck through it as a team.”

The Rodney “No respect I tell ya” Dangerfield of the NBA finished with 18 points and 8 assists and is averaging 18/7/6 for the season so far as the Bucks are off to a 7-5 start. Yes Knight will probably appear in every weekly episode of Shaqtin’ a Fool but I stand behind my prediction that Knight will also appear in the All-Star game.
