Being from Houston, when I hear the word “trill” I automatically think of the rapper Bun-B and his legendary group UGK with the late great Pimp C. So when I heard that future NBA player Willie Cauley-Stein was legally changing his name to Willie Trill Cauley-Stein, I automatically thought “what will Bun-B have to say about this?”  Well, this is what the Port Arthur rapper/H-Town professor had to say.

Former NBA player and Steve Francis choker Stephen Jackson also took to social media to say what was on his mind.

I’m pretty sure Willie doesn’t care what any rapper, baller, blogger or fan has to say about his name and he shouldn’t, but I’m assuming his mom and grandparents have to be shaking their head a little. Then again, for all I know his mom is big fan of International Players Anthem too.
