"Ah I got it, get the f**k outta here!"

That's rebounding beast Carmelo Anthony letting his teammates know (16:00 mark) he's the king of the boards during a Team USA practice.

All jokes aside, Melo is one of the respected vets on the team and has been playing the role of leader on the USA team and mentor to some of the young guys on the USA select team. He also scored 17 points to go with 7 boards (tied for 2nd most in the game) in just 21 minutes of Friday's 37 point whooping on Argentina.

Melo also deserves a special shout-out for sticking up for WNBA players and teams getting fined for wearing "Black Lives Matter/Dallas5" shirts, which violates the league's uniform policy.

"I don't see no reason to fine them. If anything, you should want to support them," Anthony said of the fines. "I don't know details, but don't see a reason to fine them.

"A bunch of teams did it and individuals did it. Everybody has their own freedom of speech. If they decide to use the platforms to do that, I don't see any reasons for anybody to get fined. We did it. The NBA did it two years ago. The NBA was very supportive. I don't see why it would be different this time."
