Lykes plays for Gonzaga High School in Washington, DC where he competes in the WCAC. Gonzaga finished 24-10 on the year and 13-5 in conference. The WCAC is considered one of the toughest high school conferences in America, meaning you better bring it each and every night. The junior guard wowed spectators and opponents alike on a nightly basis en route to being named the WCAC Player of the Year. He shot 47.3 percent from 3-point range and 74.9 percent from the free-throw line. Lykes is currently considered a Top 100 player with offers from Notre Dame, Georgetown, and Villanova. Catch Lykes this upcoming AAU season as he’ll be running with Team Takeover on the NIKE EYBL.
