Here’s a core workout for ballers with no skills!

I’m kidding, but according to 2K host/model/WCW favorite Rachel DeMita, you don’t need any basketball skills for this full body workout.

“All you need is a basketball, a wall and yourself.”

EXERCISES

  • Rolling push-ups
  • Figure 8 crunches
  • Burpees w/ tuck jump
  • Balance challenge
  • Squat w/ chest pass
