Dahntay Jones Dunks, Gets Ejected In His 1st 3 Playoffs Minutes, LeBron Will Pay His Fine (Again)

During last year's Eastern Conference Finals, against the Toronto Raptors, Dahntay Jones was suspended for Bismacking Bismack Biyombo in the nuts. Since the last minute signee was only making $8,800, his fine was only $80.17. LeBron, who makes a few more dollars than Jones, decided to pay the massive damage.

On Monday, against the Toronto Raptors, the last minute signee -- he played the last three games of the regular season -- again, played his first three minutes of the playoffs and ended up getting kicked out after picking up two techs after throwing down a dunk with 19 seconds left in a 116-105 win.

"It really wasn't that intricate," Jones told ESPN. "I don't know what happened. All I said was, 'You better not jump,' and that got me the first tech. And then the second one, Norman walked up on me and said, 'Don't you do that shit!'

"And I said, 'What are you doing to do?' Like, 'What you goin' to do?' And that's two. So those are the exact words I said: 'What are you going to do?' No curse words."

Being the leader (and richest guy) on the team, LeBron once again decided to pick up the bill for his teammate, who probably leads the league in techs per minute.

"I said I was going to pay the fine before I even knew what it was. It didn't matter," said James. "And I told him tonight, I said, 'Listen, Dahntay, now enough is enough. Stop getting kicked out against Toronto all the time. I'm going to stop paying your damn fines.' But yeah, he don't have to worry about it. He's good."
