DeMarcus Cousins received his 12th (according to ESPN) tech of the season for kicking and throwing a few punches at a chair after picking up his 3rd foul in the 2nd quarter of Sunday’s Kings and Warriors game. Surprisingly, many of his teammates looked shocked when the ref gave Boogie a tech for his temper tantrum.
More surprising was the 13-point lead the Kings had over the Warriors in the first half, which disappeared when the Warriors outscored the Kings 39-22 in the 3rd quarter.
Cousins finished the game with just 17 points, 10 rebounds and a season-high 7 turnovers in 29 minutes of action but did receive some praise from the Warriors before and after the Kings 3rd loss in a row.
