Alex Len entered the game with 7 minutes left in the first quarter. Within a minute he had an out of bounds turnover. Then he fouled Casspi and Cousins within 30 seconds, got blocked by Rudy Gay a minute later and had no answer for Cousins who was scoring at will against the Suns. Len’s forgettable quarter ended with a minute left in the first when he hit Boogie in the face with an elbow. Len then hit the bench and never came back even though Tyson Chandler was ejected in the 3rd quarter.
Cousins finished with 32 points (11 of 15 fg, 1-2 3pt) and 9 rebounds in just 27 minutes as the Kings came away with a 142-119 victory.
