I’m not sure what I enjoyed more in this play: Derrick Williams out jumping dunk champ Zach LaVine and throwing down a sick 1 hand putback dunk or watching Sim Bhullar do an air bump with Ryan Hollins without leaving the ground.
Congrats to big Sim for making history last night when he became the first player of Indian descent to play in the NBA. He didn’t add anything to his boxscore but he did get a 30 second video on youtube for only playing 16 seconds.
Back to the former draft pick of the Timberwolves. Williams had 18 points and 8 rebounds which was nice to see after Coach Karl had some criticism for William’s rebounding numbers in his past two games where he played a total of 52 minutes and only grabbed 1 rebound.
"You shouldn't be playing 20 minutes a night and not getting a rebound. A coke machine can get a rebound in 20 minutes." -George Karl
