On Thursday in Mexico City, 2nd-year Suns scoring phenom scored a franchise-high 28 points in the 4th quarter on his way to to tying his career-high of 39. The 28 came on 9 of 11 shooting and was just 1-point shy of Isaiah Thomas’ season-high of 29 in a 4th quarter.
