Jimmy Butler had a fantastic game against the Pacers on Wednesday. He had 28 points and the game-winning shot in OT. But his game-winner shouldn’t have been the game-winner.
On the final play of the game, Butler prevented Paul George from catching a would be game-winner with a little contact which looks like a clear foul.
Pacers coach Frank Vogel agrees, “I’ll address it with the league.”
I’m sure George agreed too but he seemed more upset about the Pacers losing a lead in the 2nd half then the final shot.
“It shouldn’t have gotten to that point,” George said. “We were up seven and pretty much in control before we got to OT. We let this one get away.”
