It seems a Thunder game can’t end without a controversial call or missed call by the refs. Game 1 between the Thunder and Warriors was no different after this time-out by Russell Westbrook with 17.2 seconds left in regulation. Warriors coach Steve Kerr and just about every person in the building thought he got away with a travel. Maybe. Maybe not. But, you can’t blame the loss on the refs unless you can blame them for the following.

  • Warriors blowing a 14 point lead
  • Warriors being outscored 23-14 in the 4th quarter
  • Steph Curry scoring 3 points in the 4th

Non-Warriors fans will also quickly point out how many illegal screens the Warriors got away with and although this has nothing to do with Monday’s game, this vine clip became popular again after people complained about the travel.
