Dion Waiters & his 9 available teammates overcame a 16 point deficit in the final quarter against the Pistons and ended the game with a game winning corner shot from Waiters.
“Luol told me that he was going to come to me, so I needed to get separation and be ready,” Waiters said. “I got the separation, and I knew it was good as soon as I let it go. That’s the best feeling in the world.”
Although Waiters scored 18 and hit the game winner, a lot of credit needs to go to Jarret Jack who scored 11 of his 17 in the 4th quarter and Mathew Dellavedova who had a game high 21!
