Dirk Nowitzki – playing in his first game for Germany in 4 years – and teammates survived a 4th quarter scare from Iceland on Saturday to pull off a 71-65 victory at the Eurobasket opener.

Dirk tied Dennis Schroeder for team-highs in points with 15 and also had a team-high 7 boards in 28 minutes of playing time.
