The Twitter question on the screen was “Who is the Best Center in the NBA? Why?”  The visuals going on behind the overlay was arguably the best center in the league destroying the Wizards’ defender one-on-one.   OK, so the defender was just an 8 year old kid wearing a Wizards’ shirt but Gortat and the Wizards players didn’t have much better luck against Dwight.  Howard finished with 23 points and 7 rebounds in the 7 point win for the Rockets in a game that lasted over 3 hours due to a leak in the roof.

During the first delay is when Dwight took on the little Wizards fan.

“Kind of got my mojo going. Got to work on my defense if I want to get defensive player of the year,” Howard said.

Considering Howard only made 3 of his 10 free throws that night, maybe the kid should have challenged him to a free throw contest instead.

Howard also took on the Wizard’s mascot.
