Ed Morrow is Chicago Public League's next Dominant Star! (Simeon HS)

Players in this post:
Ed Morrow

Although he plays with basketball powerhouses Mac Irvin Fire AAU and Simeon Career Academy, rising 6'7 senior Ed Morrow still isn't a household name. He isn't ranked in the top 100 players anywhere but not for long. Morrow is poised to lead Simeon in blocks, rebounds, hustle plays, and possibly scoring.
Noone in the class of 2015 works harder on the court than Ed Morrow. Scouts often make note of Ed's size, saying he's too small to play power forward at the next level. With a measured 34 inch vertical and 7'2 wing span, only time will tell. Ed is finally making a national name for himself after waiting for his time at Simeon to come.
Check out these June highlights from UIC Team Camp and Hillcrest HS Shootout both in the Chicago area versus the top teams (public and private) in the state. Ed not only dominated, but he showed his skills (passing, shooting, handling the ball).
Ed holds offers from SMU, Nebraska, Florida State, Creighton, Iowa, Minnesota, Umass, UIC, Lasalle, DePaul, Bradley and Loyola, but expect that list to grow!
