Nicki Minaj (who has a must-see Calendar out) stopped by the Inside the NBA set last night to promote her new album, The Pinkprint, and participated in one of the funniest hip-hop cyphers you will ever see.  The Cypher included The Jet, Shaq (only platinum NBA player), Grant Hill (who is married to a platinum selling artist) and EJ who even dropped the mic when he was done.

Speaking of Cyphers, it’s funny to think about the 2009 BET Awards when Minaj participated in one and so many people blasted her and said she would never be a success. Here we are tens of millions of sales and hundreds of millions of video views later.

But if you want to see the best hip-hop cypher ever then check out this vid with the late great Big Pun, DMX, Mos Def, Canibus, John “is he still in jail?” Forte and the very underrated Mic Geronimo.
