The last thing most players want to do after a 24 point loss is shake the hands of the other team. This was evident after the Perth Wildcats of the NBL beat Adelaide 85-61. When the players were supposed to be saying “good game” and asking where the after party was, a fight broke out. The craziesy thing about the fight was it also involved coaches and staff members from both teams.
Lost in the news of the scuffle was the performance by James Ennis who had 27 points and 11 rebounds for the Cats. That 27 is 3 more points than the other team scored in the entire first half.
