Denver rookie Gary Harris and New York’s Travis Wear combined to score 2 points in a total of 42 minutes but they also helped make one of the highlights of the night when Harris threw down a dunk on Wear and Wear went down to the ground afterwards. The dunk also gave the Nuggets a 30 point lead early in the 4th.
“We weren’t letting the ball stick,” Harris said. “We were moving, guys were cutting to the rim and we were getting a lot of penetration and getting a lot of easy shots.”
