It was a common sight in the 90s to see Glen Rice force an OT or win a game with a jumper and here we are over a decade later and his son, Glen Rice Jr, is doing the same, except he forced an OT last night with a dunk.
Despite being labeled as a “shooter,” Glen Rice had a power game and took it to the rim and over defenders a lot more than old NBA Jam Sessions from Inside Stuff will tell you.
But that footage is tough to come by so hopefully we will get to see a lot more footage of Jr dunking in the NBA in the near future…because we really don’t want to hear Jr’s name with the word “shooter” again.
