Last year around All-Star weekend, I had the pleasure of talking to one of my top 3 favorite players of the 90s Isaiah “JR” Rider about his career, Lakers drama, LeBron, “NBA snitches” and his upcoming documentary “My Testimony.”
The documentary hasn’t been released yet but thankfully Rider isn’t behind bars waiting for his release either. Rider’s doing fine, living in Phoenix, AZ with his beautiful wife and child…and yes he can still dunk at the age of 42. So to celebrate his 42nd birthday, I’m going to revisit the interview with Rider and rewatch some great moments from the man that made the between the legs dunk aka Eastbay dunk famous.
