Harrison Barnes is quietly averaging a career-high 20 points a game (almost double his previous career-high) in Dallas this season. And during Wednesday’s loss to the Hawks, he put up 25 and had the dunk of the game when he posterized Paul Millsap. The dunk didn’t generate much online noise but it brought me back to his “Black Falcon” days around 2012 and 2013. Back then, especially after he murdered Nikola Pekovic, I remember thinking we were going to see a new poster by the young Warrior every single night.

So in honor of his dunk on Millsap, great memories of the former dunk contest contestant (I bet you forgot he was part of that silly team dunk contest thingy in 2014) and because it’s #ThrowbackThursday, let’s revisit some great dunks by the Black Falcon!
