It seems in the NBA  if you dunk on somebody with too much nastiness it will be called an offensive foul (Jeremy Evans on Wallace) and in a recent high school game we saw 6’5 Houston sophomore Justise Winslow dunk with nastiness rarely seen from a somebody just entering their teens that lead to an ejection.
