A: Find what is challenging for you.

Q: How much did those dumbbells weigh?
A: 100 pounds each but find what is challenging and appropriate for you.

Q: Should I do this everyday?
A: No! 2-3 times per week on non-consecutive days.

Q: Can you do this if you are still growing?
A: Absolutely. This does not stunt your growth.

Q: Will the squats improve my vertical
A: Absolutely.
