“I don’t like him,” Isaiah Thomas said of his former AAU teammate Jerryd Bayless. “End of story. He’s a fake tough guy.”
When asked after the Kings loss to the Celtics why he doesn’t like Bayless.
“Because I don’t,” Thomas said. “That’s why.”
Well, I guess Bayless wasn’t invited to any post game birthday plans for arguably the most underrated player in the league who turned 27 last night. Down by 17, midway through the 4th quarter, the 5’8″ Thomas and Bayless got into a scuffle after Thomas fouled and got tangled up with Bayless.
Thankfully the incident didn’t escalate into anything that would cause Thomas to get fined on his birthday but in honor of his day, here’s our video tribute to the future All-Star.
