In Dwight Howard’s defense, the “pass” by James Harden did look like a jump shot. In James Harden’s defense (no pun intended), Dwight was wide-open and should have been able to react quick enough to either catch the lob or after the ball hit the backboard. Instead, we just got two funny reactions from 2 players who may or may not hate playing on the same team together and may or may not have tried to get the other player traded a few times in the past.
The Rockets ended up losing the game in OT despite 42 from Harden. Dwight finished with 13 points and 16 boards but was just 3 of 7 from the floor and 7 of 14 from the charity stripe.
