If you went out Saturday night and slept in Sunday morning because of a hangover then the odds are you missed that James Harden rejected $52 million from OKC then was traded to the Rockets, arrived in Houston and showed up to an open practice at Noon.

The fans were going insane at the thought of cheering the beard with a side of Linsanity.   The leftover Rockets played a scrimmage but from the photo below you can tell the media didn’t give a damn about them.

When Harden was asked if he was ready to be the “star player” and “lead dog on the team”  he responded with

“Yes, I am”, before adding confidently ,”It’s going to take some time, not starting and not having as much attention on me… but I think I’m ready for that.”

The other Rockets also had a dance contest and did some Karaoke.  I would of left early but I lost my car keys in the arena so I had to sit through another dougie dance off.
