James Harden scores 43 points on 20 shots in 3 quarters | Fist bumps with a bearded fan

Blame a 42-17 first quarter and a 35-26 third quarter for the reasons why James Harden didn’t break his career high of 46 and score 50+ last night against the Kings.

The Beard finished with 43 points and marks his 4th time hitting the 40 point mark.  22 of those 43 came in that first quarter and 18 of those 22 were consecutive points to end the quarter after Dwight Howard left with an injury.

Harden joined Rocket greats Hakeem and Drexler as the other Rockets to ever finish with 43 points 8 assists and 3 steals.

That deserves a fist bump from his white doppelganger.
