With Duncan, Ginobili and Tony Parker resting at home, Brian Shaw’s Nuggets should have been able to take care of the Spurs fairly easier than the final score reflects but they did come out with the preseason victory and quite a few highlights. The best highlight being this block from McGee on Tiago Splitter that leads to an oop to JJ Hickson.
Hickson had a pretty productive 20 minutes with 15 points and 5 rebounds while McGee was able to rack up 3 blocks during his run.
