For the 2nd straight game, the Butler set a playoff career-high against the Bucks. On Monday night, Jimmy Butler scored 31 points and grabbed 9 rebounds as the Bulls grabbed a 2-0 lead over the Bucks in the first round. 14 of those career-high 31 came in the 4th quarter where he made 4 of 5 shots including 3 3-pointers.

“Jo, Derrick were telling me to score the ball — literally telling me to shoot and not to pass up any shots,” Butler said. “I was feeling it a little bit so I just put the ball in the basket.”

The biggest shot of the 4th was a monster and-1 dunk by Butler over Zaza Pachulia.

“That one dunk that Jimmy had was definitely huge,” Noah said. “It gave us some confidence as a team. He was really feeling himself after that.”

And the two Bulls look and sounded like they were feeling the love after the game.
